This week on FYI: feeling down after the holidays? We’ve got tips on how to beat the winter blues and more… 9-year-old Myah joins us in the studio to show off her amazing new bionic eye and as the number of young farmers in the UK is dropping, we meet some teen farmers who want more of us get involved.

Next week, we see how much rubbish is strewn on our beaches as we take part in a new years beach clean. And we hear from an FYI News Club on how much they read and if they think we are reading enough.
