Overview: In this Kidversation we meet Crystal who is one of 800,000 children across the UK that take care of their family. She looks after her sister, mum and dad who all have health problems. In this video, we explore whether there is enough support for child carers like Crystal.

-To understand what a young carer does
-To further this understanding by hearing the story of Crystal, a young carer
-To consider how we can better support young carers
