Overview: Article 23 of the The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child says: “A child with a disability has the right to live a full and decent life. Governments must do all they can to support disabled children and their families.” In this Kidversation we meet Emily, from London UK, who has Cerebral Palsy and we learn about her fight for access to better resources and support for disabled children.
