With a book by Oscar-winning screenwriter and Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes and Olivier Award-winning composer and lyricist George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, The Wind In The Willows is the ultimate theatrical adventure that will delight students of all ages.

So join Ratty, Badger, Mole and the impulsive Toad as they embark on a series of riotous adventures spiralling from Toad’s insatiable need for speed!

The Wind In The Willows is a riotous and heart-warming theatrical adventure and a fantastic introduction to theatre for students of all ages. The production has strong curriculum links to Literacy and PSHE programmes of study in all key stages and is particularly suitable for students of English, Drama and Theatre Studies at secondary level.

High quality resources designed by teachers to support your visit and enhance pupils’ understanding of Kenneth Grahame’s timeless classic are freely available online. The Teacher Guide and Additional Resources include discussion points, writing and drama activities based around five key themes to develop your pupils’ love of the story, as well as background information and fully-resourced and photocopiable activities. Literacy resources are currently available for Key Stage 2 and lower Key Stage 3, with Key Stage 3 Drama resources to follow.
