Overview: Article 38 of The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child says: “Governments must do all they can to protect children from war and conflict.” In this Kidversation, we meet Victoria. Victoria lives in Brazil, in a very dangerous part of Rio de Janeiro where she regularly has to dodge gunshots from criminal gangs. Watch the video together, pausing at key points to discuss the different parts of the video and the issues it is exploring.
