We’re constantly being told to exercise for our own good – and many of us want to – but, this week in a special programme, FYI reveals that many of us are struggling. An exclusive FYI survey finds that nearly half of under-17s get just one hour of exercise a week – even before lockdown. And many of you are struggling to get hold of sports facilities out of school – those in power give their reaction to our survey.
